FROM THE BRIDE AND GROOM

“I REALLY got to meet Renata during 2014 NY Fashion Week when a random elevator picture was taken.

Sure we snapped a photo together during Miss United States 2014 where she competed as Miss Massachusetts but we didn’t get the opportunity to talk much.

However, at this event is when I became “interested” in learning more. But, she had a love interest at the time so she politely turned me down. I’m so thankful that she did because I got the rare opportunity to see her faithfulness even before we started dating. A few months later I reached out to see if this love interest was still an interest and once more she was kind but not flirtatious.

So I continued living my life and then a massive smile reached my lips as I saw an IM from her on FaceBook. That night we chatted via text until my eyes were burning from staring at the screen. 6 days later was our first date and two days after that we started dating never to look back.

Babe I’m looking forward to the decades of getting to know you better. You are my heart. I love you. ”
